The Bridge Forward Program is open to underserved Solopreneurs across industries who are committed to growth, accountability, and long-term sustainability. As a structured entrepreneur mentorship program, we welcome founders at various stages of their journey, visionaries, builders, creatives, strategists, and problem-solvers who are ready to strengthen their leadership capacity and build businesses designed to endure.
Bridge Forward is intentionally designed for individuals who understand that sustainable success requires more than hustle. It requires executive-level thinking, disciplined decision-making, financial clarity, and a willingness to be accountable to growth, governance, and impact.
We are seeking Solopreneurs of all talents and backgrounds who are prepared to invest in themselves, engage fully in the process, and lead with purpose as they scale their businesses and contribute to community wealth.
Eligibility Criteria
- Identify as a Solopreneur (sole owner/operator)
- Be in business for a minimum of 5 years
- Operate a business with 0–3 employees
- Generate at least $25,000 in annual revenue
- Cost per Cohort: $500
- Demonstrate a clear growth, scaling, or sustainability goal
- Commitment to completing the 10-week Executive Mentorship initiative
- Be available during scheduled program hours:
- Wednesdays: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Thursdays: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Application Process for Our Entrepreneur Mentorship Program

Call for Instructors: Executive-Level Faculty
The Bridge Forward Program, as part of our entrepreneur mentorship program, is seeking experienced instructors to deliver high-quality, executive-level instruction aligned with our curriculum and mission. We are building a faculty of subject-matter experts who are committed to equipping underserved Solopreneurs with the leadership frameworks, financial discipline, and operational strategies required for long-term business sustainability within a structured entrepreneur mentorship program environment.

The SoloExecutive Foundation values professional expertise. Instructors within our entrepreneur mentorship program are compensated and formally recognized for their contributions to advancing executive leadership, economic mobility, and community impact.
